Thank you for shopping at Neatd. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a transparent, 30-Day Free Return Policy designed to protect your consumer rights under applicable fair trading frameworks.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have exactly 30 calendar days from the physical delivery date verified by your carrier tracking link to request a return. If 30 days have elapsed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or product exchange.

2. Return Shipping Costs and Fees

  • Return Shipping Cost: 100% FREE. Neatd provides pre-paid return shipping labels for all qualified returns.
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 USD. We never charge restocking, handling, or processing fees on returns.

3. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a successful return and full refund, the item must meet the following baseline conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • The product must remain nested within its original factory packaging, including all protective foam padding, tags, inserts, and instruction manuals.
  • Proof of purchase (your original Neatd order confirmation email) must accompany your request.

4. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate the Request: Email our support desk at care@neatd.shop. State your Order Number (e.g., #ND1001) and the explicit reason for the return.
  2. Receive Your Label: If eligible, our team will email you a downloadable, pre-paid return shipping label along with explicit packaging instructions.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely place the item in its original box, affix the pre-paid label onto the exterior, and drop it off at the designated carrier branch within 7 days of receiving the label. Do NOT ship items back to the origin address on the parcel without prior approval; unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

5. Refund Inspection and Processing Timeline

  • Inspection: Once your returned item arrives at our designated return depot, it undergoes structural inspection to verify its condition within 3 business days.
  • Refund Approval: Upon successful inspection, we will issue an approval notification via email.
  • Financial Settlement Timeframe: Your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will automatically be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit/Debit Card or PayPal) within 10 Business Days. Please note that banking institutions may require additional processing windows to post the credit to your statement.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, structurally broken, or if you received the wrong product, contact us instantly at care@neatd.shop. We will immediately ship a brand new replacement product completely free of charge, with no return required for the broken item.
