Shipping Policy

At Neatd, operated by TRIFINITY Q PTY LTD, we specialize in delivering premium home organization and kitchen products exclusively to customers within the United States. All pricing and financial transactions on our store are structured in United States Dollars (USD).

1. Shipping Cost

  • Standard Shipping:  FREE on all orders storewide.
  • There are no hidden handling fees, no documentation fees, and no surprise charges at checkout. The price you see is the final price you pay.

2. Transit, Handling & Order Cutoff Time

To ensure transparent delivery expectations, our shipping lifecycle is strictly defined below:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be initialized on the following Monday morning.
  • Order Handling / Processing Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Calculated as Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). During this timeframe, your product undergoes quality checks, packaging, and sorting at our fulfillment facility.
  • Order Transit Time: 7 - 13 Business Days (Calculated as Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). This is the duration from our carrier hub dispatch to your specified US delivery address.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: 8 - 16 Business Days.

3. Delivery Scope and Restrictions

We ship exclusively to valid residential and commercial addresses within the United States. Currently, we do NOT ship to US Territories, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses due to carrier restrictions regarding our structural product sizing.

4. Order Tracking and Verification

Once your order is processed and handed over to our international priority shipping partners (including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, or DHL), a dispatch notification email containing a secure tracking number will be sent to your registered email (care@neatd.shop). You can track your package directly via our website or the carrier’s official portal.

5. Address Modifications and Cancellations

If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at care@neatd.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters the physical handling stage or has been assigned a tracking number, no address alterations or package rerouting can be performed.

6. Items Damaged or Missing in Transit

If your package arrives physically damaged or items are missing, please inspect the box upon delivery and report the issue to our team within 48 hours of receipt via care@neatd.shop. Please include clear photographs of the outer packaging and the products contained within to assist us in initializing an immediate free priority replacement.
